VISION
Myxtica Rituals is an interdisciplinary approach
to the knowledge of the self. An offline place to connect with one self and with each other.
It is a fusion of my background in medicine,
my love of nature, meditation, the esoteric
and my studies of the awareness language of
of Human Design.
The aim is acceptance of the self
through the full realization
of our unique blue print as we move through this world.
This is my invitation to join me,
to share in this path of self discovery…
to return to you, because
You are the medicine you seek.
I am being full of questions, stories, and experiences…
seeking to realize my goddessness
and humanness daily.
I walk in the tension of the paradoxical nature
of life and my great allies have been
the daily rituals that remind me who I am.
How do we bring our BEING into our doing?
How do we return to ourselves?
Who are we, really?
Questions like these energize my work as a Coach.
Expanding into more and more of who we really are
is one of the most gorgeous experiences
of our beingness in this human form.
And yet, sometimes it can feel
like a lonely road filled with doubts and fears.
As a fellow traveler of these varied
inner landscapes —colored by our emotions,
experiences and dreams—
I would like to offer you a space in

Meeting Ely Cruz
Education and Life Experience
MEDICAL STUDIES
Elisa Cruz was trained at UAB and has a medical license in the United States as a Physician Associate. She has been practicing medicine for 7 years ( in family medicine as well as orthopedic surgery). She continues to have a fascination with the human body and believes in the holistic care of it, as well as being in right relationship to the natural world to achieve optimal health.
Coaching Certification
Ely went through a dual Certification as a Dharma and Spiritual Life Coach through the Dharma Coaching Institute and has been coaching since the beginning of 2022. The years of practice working one on one with her patients has continued to inform her care for her coaching clients.
Meditation Guide
Ely has been an imperfect meditator for the past 3 years, and she has learned to channel her inner vision gifts to others through guided meditations. As an Inner Vision 1/3 Emotional Manifestor (in Human Design) it comes as no surprise that the symbolic world has been available to her through waking life as much as in dreams.
